EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — New York defensive coordinator Perry Fewell got the attention of the Giants earlier this week with a simple statement heading into the game with the Atlanta Falcons. When was the last time the Giants (2-2) were above the .500 mark? The answer is 2012 and it goes a long way in explaining why Tom Coughlin's team has not been to the playoffs since winning the Super Bowl to cap the 2011 season.
