Class AA's top-ranked Buford High continued their dominance in a full team effort as seven different Buford players scored touchdowns with a 49-0 win against Therrell in Buford on Friday.
Wolves (5-0) quarterback Sam Clay connected with Cameron Gazaway for a 20-yard touchdown pass for a 28-0 lead going into halftime. Clay finished the night 7 of 12 for 73 yards.
Buford (5-0) hosts Lovett at Tom Riden Stadium on Friday.
OCONEE COUNTY 27, WHITE COUNTY 24: White County held Oconee County to (-7) yards rushing and out-gained the visiting Warriors by 220 yards of total offense, but were unable to overcome three turnovers in the red zone and lost Friday in Cleveland.
Quarterback Will Brock was 10 of 20 for 101 yards and a touchdown to go along with his six carries for 50 yards and another touchdown for White County.
Ryan Kennedy added 89 yards on 14 carries and a rushing touchdown for White County. Kennedy was also the leading receiver with 55 yards on four catches.
The White County defense forced two interceptions that were called back because of penalties.
White County (1-3) visits Lumpkin County on Sept. 30 in Dahlonega.
CLARKE CENTRAL 34, HABERSHAM CENTRAL 20: Kevin Ellison set the Habersham Central career rushing record in a loss Friday in Athens.
Ellison rushed the ball 18 times for 96 yards and a touchdown, bringing the senior's career total to 2,811 yards.
He also completed 9 of 21 attempts for 152 yards and another touchdown on a 20-yard pass to Zack Franks.
The Raiders were tied with Clark Central 14-14 at the half before being outscored 20-6 in the second half.
Habersham Central (2-2, 2-2 Region 8-AAAA) travels to Danielsville to take on Madison County in a region match-up Friday.
ATHENS CHRISTIAN 27, BANKS COUNTY 21: Rayshon Hunter took an Athens Christian fumble recovery 50 yards to the end zone in the Leopard loss Friday in Athens.
Tyler Hubbard completed 6 of 11 passes for 51 yards and rushed for 75 more yards on 13 carries with a touchdown for Banks County.
Leopards tailback Dean Ewing had a 4-yard touchdown run.
Banks County (2-2) visits Union County on Sept. 30 in Blairsville.
WASHINGTON-WILKES 33, COMMERCE 0: Commerce was held to 80 yards rushing and 72 yards passing, while giving up 333 yards to Washington-Wilkes Friday in Commerce.
Washington-Wilkes forced four fumbles and an interception in their win.
Commerce (1-3) is off next week before traveling to Athens to play Athens Christian.
ADAIRSVILLE 25, EAST HALL 9: Cameron Davis scored the Viking lone touchdown on a 1-yard touchdown run.
Edgar Cerrano added a 40 yard field goal for East Hall.
East Hall (2-2) hosts Rabun County on Sept. 30.
MONROE AREA 23, LUMPKIN COUNTY 2: Lumpkin County lost this week at Monroe Area and will host Johnson on Friday.
EAST JACKSON 21, JACKSON COUNTY 12: The Panthers lost at home this week and will host Elbert County on Friday.
