I would like to thank a certain reader who pointed out that some people are watering their lawns irrespective of the current ban. Thank you extra for stating out that the abuses are being committed in "one of the nicer residential neighborhoods."

Now everyone ask yourself: 1. Would there be enforcement in a less affluent (read: monied) area? 2. Why are the rules in "nicer residential neighborhoods " ignored?

And, 3. Why is this blatant arrogance by some not addressed by enforcement of the ban on the part of those supposedly held responsible to do so?
