I was able to end a stressful winter weather day with a smile and I would like to thank the individual who is responsible.

I was able to get to work and after a long day I was ready to go home. While trying to de-ice my car, I locked my keys in the car with the engine running. I was hoping to get home before dark due to the road conditions.

As I pulled onto Price Road, darkness began to set in and I was getting worried as the roads were pretty bad throughout my homeward route. Imagine my surprise when I turned on to Sardis Road and it was almost completely clear. My thought was "this is the best road in the county!"

Then I came upon what I trust must be the reason that this back road was more passable than all the major roads: A man on a tractor with a plow clearing the road. I relaxed and smiled the rest of the way home. I would like to thank the man I have named my snow angel.
