In response to "Abortion's route to rare:" (Kathleen Parker, Sunday): This long, long, long column neglects what may happen to unwanted babies.

Has Parker ever been to an E.R. to see the little bodies with cigarette burns, or worse? Is she a foster parent? The need is for 60,000.

Has she adopted an American child? Does she know where an orphanage is?

Statistics show teen mothers often end up on welfare. Perhaps we should provide free contraceptives.

Get real Kathleen Parker.
