On March 24, you published an article about a change in the garbage pickup procedure. I live in a mostly retirement and handicap housing duplex. I am permanently crippled in a wheelchair and live on a steep hill.

It would be impossible for me to get trash to the curb, as it would for my 88-year-old neighbor. Half a million dollars for a new, impossible situation. Get real!
