There have been some recent headlines about home sales falling. Those headlines are misleading. Housing sales look different from one month to another and from one quarter to another.

To get the true picture you should compare one time period to the same time period in previous years. Fact: More houses sold in Hall County in January and February of 2015, than in any other January and February in over eight years. Fact: The average sales price for single family homes was 17.8 percent higher in 2014 than in 2013.

The real estate market for 2015 shows fantastic potential for sellers and buyers.
