Letter: Liberals’ agenda isn’t just about memorials, it’s nation’s downfall

The Confederate statues and memorials are not the problem. The problems are those who have made a career and a living telling minorities how badly they always have been treated.

Their end game is to incite them to violence so they can collect more money. Then, along came the wealthy liberals who use their money to fund radicals and pay for interstate transport to further incite violence. All this with the goal of destroying the United States and its Constitution.

What do they want? Anarchy? Communism? A dictatorship? Americans should be careful and look to Russia, Turkey, France, Germany and England to see what the future might be.

If the liberals control education, the media, our health care and the food supply, will they use that control to make the citizens (all but those who are in control) slaves to the system?

Keep the Confederate statues as a reminder of what we do not want in this country. Those who don’t remember history are doomed to repeat the mistakes of the past.
