Want to pay more and get less? Then Brian Kemp’s health care plan is for you! Kemp is planning to spend $215 million to cover only 80,000 Georgians, rejecting full Medicaid expansion that would cost $213 million and cover six times as many people — almost 500,000 Georgians.
