Last spring when I moved from Murrayville to Chestnut Mountain, I received notification of my new voting precinct.
Not all of my information had been processed when I went to vote in the primaries and I was asked to vote conditionally. I cast my ballot, put it in the envelope, handed it to the worker, chatted a moment and left.
A few days later, I received a letter from the Voter Registration Office telling me my conditional ballot had been received and duly counted.
What’s wrong with the way the system works, Ms. Abrams?
