Letter: Civil disobedience, denial of election result lead to unrest
02012018 LETTER

How do civil wars happen? When we have elections and the losing party refuses to accept the results of “we the people” but rather establishes a shadow government fostering organized civil disobedience, that is anything but civil. When it attempts to overthrow the results of the election, our Constitution and our way of life, aided and abetted by the mainstream media, we certainly have the ingredients for civil war.

This is an unconstitutional condition in America that cannot stand! We have a constitutional republic, not a dictatorship by one party, who in their arrogance thinks only their views are valid, therefore giving them the authority to refuse to honor the results of the election.

Recently, Jack D. Minzey, sent what was to be the final chapter in the long line of books and treatises he has written. Jack died on April 8.

Professionally, Jack was head of the Department of Education at Eastern Michigan University as well as a prolific author of numerous books, most of which were on the topic of education and the government role therein. His critical thinking, observations and conclusions not only are very insightful but perhaps revealing as well.

To read his last published words go to “How do civil wars happen” by Jack D. Minzey, then scroll down to and click on “The USA is in a Civil War–The Politics Forums.” There you will find the complete article, which is well worth the read, and worth wide distribution.
