It is my hope that America will throw the bums out during this election cycle.

The bums include congressmen and senators, both Republicans and Democrats, making speeches to empty chambers, voting on bills they do not understand and allowing omnibus bills that contain so many amendments that they can claim cover regardless of which way they voted.

Our national debt continues to rise while they play around with the mechanics of their process rather than doing the right thing.

They have ceded power to a renegade president rather than fight with him through their power of the purse. They should take away his airplane until he shows a willingness to quit making laws on his own.
