A three-vehicle crash at the intersection of Ga. highways 365 and 52 injured four people this afternoon. Hall County Fire Chief David Kimbrell said first responders were checking four patients at the scene at about 6 p.m. He said three would likely need to be transported for treatment. "Two are walking wounded, and one is stable," Kimbrell said.
