Crews will work nights only this weekend as reconstruction work continues on Ga. 365, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The project will remove up to 8 inches of damaged asphalt and lay down a new, smooth driving surface on Ga. 365/U.S. 23 from Ga. 52 in Hall County to Ga. 17 in Habersham County.

The 21-mile long resurfacing project has a contract cost of $19.2 million. The contract completion date is June 30.
