Authorities identified the woman killed in a collision with a dump truck Wednesday afternoon on Poplar Springs Road. Syble Cooper, 69, of Flowery Branch, died after a dump truck crashed into her driver’s side door, according to Georgia State Patrol. Cooper was driving a Honda SUV around 2 p.m. Wednesday on the South Hall road near Circassian Place.
