Woman charged with animal cruelty to three kittens

A woman was charged with three counts of animal cruelty involving three kittens, according to authorities.

Phuong Thanh Pham was charged July 1 with three misdemeanor counts.

Hall County Animal Control Director Mike Ledford said Pham was arrested June 29 on Walker Street and charged “in relation to her actions involving three kittens.”

According to the warrants, Pham was accused of pulling on a cat’s tail and “pushing it out (a) car window.”

In another warrant, she is accused of “kicking (the animal), causing it to strike a wall.”

Ledford did not release any further information on the case.

No attorney information was available for Pham with Magistrate Court officials.
