Nicki Noel Vaughan, chief assistant public defender for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit, was elected to the State Bar of Georgia’s Board of Governor’s Executive Committee at the organization’s annual meeting on Amelia Island. Vaughan is among 14 executive members of the Board of Governors, which oversees the 46,000 lawyers who are members of the State Bar of Georgia. The Board of Governors elects six of its members to serve with the executive committee’s eight officers.
