U.S. Rep Doug Collins, R-Ga., announced he has opened offices in both Washington and downtown Gainesville. The 9th District representative will serve his district by deploying field workers and case workers to different locations weekly to help constituents with their needs, said Loree Anne Thompson, his communications director. The 9th District is made up of 20 counties.
