Traffic will be delayed this week on Falcon Parkway/Ga. 13 as part of the Exit 14 project in South Hall.

Flagging operators will direct traffic between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, through Friday, Sept. 14, at the intersection of Ga. 13 and Martin Road, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Weather permitting, crews will pave a newly built section of Ga. 13 and install a concrete barrier wall.

The work is being done as part of the new Exit 14 interchange off Interstate 985.

The $34 million project calls for a diamond interchange connecting Martin Road at Ga. 13 on the east side of I-985 to H.F. Reed Industrial Parkway at Thurmon Tanner Parkway on the west side.

The project’s estimated completion is in the fall of 2019.
