Three people receieved minor injuries when an SUV collided with a truck towing a trailer at the intersection of Sardis and Chestatee roads Wednesday afternoon, according to Capt. Zachary Brackett with Hall County Fire Services.

The truck overturned in the incident, and one person had to be extricated from the vehicle, but that person refused transport to the hospital.

Three people riding in the SUV were transported with minor injuries.

Sand was used to absorb fluid from the overturned vehicle.
