While most people brought in the new year at the stroke of midnight, little Jimena Magana already knows to always arrive fashionably late for a party. The girl is the first baby born in 2014 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, arriving in the world at 3:50 a.m. Wednesday, and coming as a shock for her dazed parents who had both expected her to arrive in December. “They said from the 25th through the 28th,” the father, Oscar Magana, said.
