Gainesville City Council will meet Thursday morning to hear the last of the departmental budget presentations for the coming 2015 fiscal year. All divisions of the Gainesville Parks and Recreation Department will present their goals, priorities and budget requests. City Manager Kip Padgett is scheduled to give his overall budget presentation, including anticipated revenues and expenditures for the coming fiscal year, on May 1.
