Gainesville City Council members are expected to consider a request by OK Lake Lanier LLP, also known as the Kolter Group, to annex about 76 acres so more houses can be added to the Cresswind at Lake Lanier subdivision. Kolter plans to expand Cresswind to 950 lots from 799, an increase of about two homes per acre. The property is currently undeveloped and would be part of Phase III construction and zoned planned unit development.
