Hall County deputies are looking for a suspect who robbed a Gainesville business Saturday night.

Sheriff's Office spokewoman Nicole Bailes said a man took cash from La Chiquita at 1181 Hancock Ave. a little after 8 p.m. A female clerk who was on the phone outside the building was forced back inside by the man, who took money from the cash register and took off on foot.

The suspect, a black male, did not show any weapons, Bailes said, and the clerk was not injured.

County K-9 deputies are en route to the area to track the suspect, Baiels said.
