Plans to develop an 89-lot subdivision straddling the Hall County and Gwinnett County line were sidelined again Monday when the planning commission tabled the proposal until next month. Developer Holt Persinger, owner of Winder-based Ridgeline Land Planning Inc., said he wanted to get approval from Gwinnett before proceeding with a request to rezone 22 acres in Hall. “We’re still trying to meet with adjacent property owners to talk to them about their concerns and see what we can work out,” Persinger told The Times.
