The South Hall Tag Office at 3640 Mundy Mill Road, Suite 140, Oakwood, will be unable to accept payments this morning.

A power outage Monday damaged the tax commissioner’s computer system that is used for tax collection. The office will be open today as the computer system is repaired.

Other tag offices that can accept payments are located at 300 Henry Ward Way, Room 204, Gainesville, and 5226 Dahlonega Highway, Clermont. Offices are open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., though the North Hall location is closed 12:30-1:30 p.m.
