The Hall County Sheriff's Office is investigating a late Saturday robbery at a North Hall business.
Three men wearing masks approached employees as they were locking the door to the Dollar General Store and demanded money, said Col. Jeff Strickland, sheriff's office spokesman.
One of the men was armed with a handgun, he added.
During the robbery, one of the suspects struck a female clerk in the face. The suspects, carrying an undetermined amount money, then ran to a vehicle and left the scene, Strickland said.
The woman did not require medical treatment, he added.
The incident took place at 10:45 p.m. The store is in the 5200 block of Cleveland Highway.
The only description of the suspects is that they are three young white men.
