Lt. Cindy Mustachio has been promoted to 1st Lieutenant, Assistant Jail Commander by Hall County Sheriff Gerald Couch. Mustachio becomes the second female to serve in a command staff position in the Sheriff’s Office. The first was Judy Mecum, who served as captain in Criminal Investigations Division in 1992.
