Keith Segars of Lula has announced that he is running for State House District 28, which serves Stephens, Banks and Habersham counties. “Being a strong conservative, I believe our tax dollars are to be spent wisely while striving to reduce the burden of government on our citizens,” Segars said. “Communication is the most essential part of this office I seek ... so I make it my principle foundation to be available to all local organizations, county leaders and most importantly the people of the district.”
