Area authorities will continue Tuesday searching Lake Lanier for a Mableton man who went missing late Friday and is presumed to have drowned. Hall County Sheriff's Office divers began early Monday searching for 44-year-old Jeffrey Nause in murky waters around Lake Lanier Islands’ Legacy Lodge & Conference Center in South Hall. Dawson County Emergency Medical Service search dogs also assisted, marking two locations for divers, said Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks, Hall sheriff's office spokesman.
