A rabies alert has been issued for the Renee Circle area in East Hall County after a rabid raccoon came in contact with two dogs. The raccoon was shipped to the Georgia Public Health Lab, Virology Section in Decatur and confirmed positive for rabies on Friday. This is the 14th confirmed case of 2012.
