Thomas E. Funk Jr. was last seen more than a year ago in Gainesville. The 47-year-old went missing on Oct. 1, 2011. Funk’s roommate on Oconee Circle awoke Oct. 2 and discovered that Funk was missing, but his vehicle and cellphone remained at the residence.
