Gwinnett County police are investigating the slaying of a man was found shot to death at a home in Buford.

Police responded Friday afternoon to the scene in the 2600 block at Hartford Run. Inside, they found the body of a black male in his late 20s who had been shot multiple times, Gwinnett police said in a news release.

No one else was home at the time, police said.

Multiple guns were found inside the home, but police say it is unclear if any of them were used in the shooting are the murder weapon. The victim’s identity has been withheld pending notification of his next-of-kin.
