Gainesville Police said Render “lured” the victim on Saturday into the Dairy Queen bathroom on Green Street.

Sgt. Kevin Holbrook said the Gainesville man is accused of attempting to “physically and sexually assault her.”

According to the warrants, Render is accused of “grabbing (the victim) by both wrists and (blocking) her path to the exit, detaining (the victim) against her will.”
