An elderly man on an electric scooter allegedly aided two other suspects in stealing a 50-inch flat screen television from Wal-Mart early Monday, Oakwood Police said. Four people were arrested after an alleged theft by shoplifting incident around 12:55 a.m. Monday at the Oakwood Wal-Mart, police said. Two men, including an elderly man on an electric scooter, and a woman moved toward the electronics department.
