Gainesville Police Chief Brian Kelly was sworn in Thursday during an annual business meeting in Macon as the next president of the Executive Board of the Georgia Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates. Kelly has been a member of the board since 2010, when he was sworn in as second vice president. He became first vice president in 2012.
