An 18-year-old Flowery Branch man is accused of rape, according to Gainesville Police. Kyle Lovell Janess was arrested and charged with rape Aug. 30. Gainesville Police responded Aug. 29 to Campus Pointe Circle in Gainesville “in reference to a suicide attempt by hanging,” according to the report.
