The Hall County Planning Commission on Monday recommended approving the rezoning of two residential properties in South Hall to allow for small commercial development. The Hall County Board of Commissioners will vote on the proposed rezoning when it meets March 27. As reported in The Times last month, Stacie and Mack Sloan bought the two properties at 6336 and 6340 Spout Springs Road, which total about 1.7 acres, before the recession put a hold on their plans to develop or sell the land.
