A Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigator testified Friday in the case of a stabbing victim who had attempted to reconcile with his estranged wife before he was allegedly attacked by her boyfriend. Noe Ortiz-Palafox, 32, was charged Nov. 23 with aggravated assault, burglary and battery. He appeared Friday in Magistrate Court.
