Frank Norton Jr., a Gainesville real estate executive who monitors real estate and economic trends, will present his annual business forecast tonight at 6 p.m. at the Georgia Mountains Center.

Norton, president of The Norton Agency, has presented his Native Intelligence reports for the past 21 years. The reports, which originally began as four typewritten pages, now include a 44 page full-color report and a multimedia stage presentation hosted by Norton.

The annual forecast includes business and development trends, as well as a list of innovative leaders in the region.

The event includes a trade show, which will begin at 5 p.m.
