No bond was set for a 19-year-old Gainesville man charged with DUI and vehicular homicide in the death of his 2-year-old nephew Sunday. During a first-appearance hearing in Hall County Magistrate Court Monday, a May 11 preliminary hearing was set for Joshua Saunders, who also is charged with reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident. Saunders, who is being held at the Hall County Jail, is charged in the death of Landen Morton, who was pronounced dead at Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville, according to officials.
