A beer, wine and distilled spirits license was granted Thursday night to a Flowery Branch restaurant owner opening at a location that had its alcoholic beverages license pulled early last year. Kaleigh Oxendine took a major step toward opening Hometown Grill off Hog Mountain Road with Flowery Branch City Council’s approval of the license.
