Georgia Mountains Workforce Development is bringing its Mobile Career Coach to the Spout Springs library in Flowery Branch on Nov. 19 to help residents with job-searching skills.
The unit provides Internet access to help residents with the following skills:
- Resume and cover letter development
- Online job searches
- Career interest assessments
- Skills testing
- Mock interviews
- Use of skill-enhancing software
- Exploration of training eligibility
The unit will be at the library at 6488 Spout Springs Road from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 19. Those seeking help must be a resident of the 13 counties served by Georgia Mountains Workforce Development — Banks, Dawson, Forsyth, Franklin, Habersham, Hall, Hart, Lumpkin, Rabun, Stephens, Towns, Union and White — or work at a business in that area.
