A Hall County teenager reported missing last week has returned home to her family, according to law enforcement. Rosemary Elizabeth Blevins, 14, was found Sunday in the Toccoa area. “She is now back home with her mother,” the Hall County Sheriff’s Office wrote on its Facebook page.
