A Miami man is accused of sexually assaulting three girls under the age of 10 in Hall County, according to authorities.

Orlando Enrique Giron Molina, 34, was indicted Nov. 6 on three counts of rape, nine counts of child molestation and one count of first-degree child cruelty.

He was booked Tuesday in to the Hall County Jail, where he remains.

Attorney Mike Weaver said his client returned to Hall County to defend himself on the charges, but he did not have any comment pertaining to the allegations listed in the indictment.

According to the indictment, the incidents allegedly took place between Jan. 1, 2013, and Oct. 27, 2013.

“The mother of the three victims contacted the Hall County Sheriff’s Office on March 24, at which time an investigation was initiated,” Hall County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Scott Ware wrote in a news release.

The cruelty charge alleged Molina caused “cruel and excessive physical pain by burning (the victim) on the hand with a hot liquid.”
