An Alto man died Friday morning after crashing his car into Browns Bridge following an apparent heart attack.Ralph Phillip Jones, 51, was driving in his 1999 Lincoln Navigator along Browns Bridge Road, crossing into Forsyth County from Hall County, when it appears the heart attack occurred, according to Cpl. David Garrison of the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Specialist Unit. He then lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the bridge at 10:12 a.m.Emergency responders took him to Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, where he was pronounced dead at 11:21 a.m.Garrison said the man was wearing his seat belt; drugs and alcohol are not believed to be factors.The collision remains under investigation.
