A woman and three children were inside when a Hall County man is accused of igniting a fire Friday at a Murrayville home, according to authorities. Austin Blake Hughes, 20, was charged with first-degree arson, three counts of third-degree cruelty to children and one count of aggravated assault, Hall County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Scott Ware wrote in a news release. Hughes was booked Friday in to the Hall County Jail.
