What is being built on the large lot at Limestone Parkway and Cleveland Highway?

Liberty Utilities is building a new main office/warehouse facility, and the company will be relocating from its John Morrow Parkway location near Gainesville High School.

The building will be 17,280 square feet and also have a 3,000-square-foot detached service building, according to the land disturbance permit.

Pete Bouxsein, manager of regulatory and financial reporting for Liberty Utilities, said the company plans to move into the new building next summer. Bouxsein, who works out of the Gainesville office, said the new location will help Liberty Utilities have better facilities.
