A plastic bag in a mailbox might usually be a cause for concern, Phyllis Mote acknowledged. But this week it comes with an information card and is an indicator of an opportunity to help others. The National Association of Letter Carriers is holding its 23rd annual Letter Carriers’ Food Drive on Saturday, and Mote is the food drive coordinator for the Gainesville area.
