Lanier Technical College’s physical therapist assistant associate of applied science degree program has been approved as a candidate for accreditation. The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education voted April 30 to approve the candidacy, based on Lanier Tech’s demonstrating satisfactory progress toward achieving compliance with the commission’s evaluative criteria. The program is now eligible to accept students this fall.
